Chefs Club by Food & Wine brings a unique and flavorful approach to its beverage program under the direction of head bartender, Anthony Bohlinger. Attracted by the vivacious energy restaurants provide, Anthony established himself a position in one of the liveliest cities this country has to offer, Miami when he was invited to run the bar program
At Tosca Restaurant in 2010. During his time at Tosca he met current Chefs Club by Food & Wine Executive Chef Didier Elena who in turn, was inspired by Anthony’s visionary passion for mixology. Anthony was soon swept away from the beaches of Miami to take a position at the renowned chefs club by food & wine in Aspen, Colorado. It didn’t take long for Bohlinger to make himself known as a true artist within the local cocktail scene, creating inspired cocktails for both the novice, and intrepid, cocktail enthusiast alike. Anthony is the founder of the aspen cocktail club and recently won the regional competition for Bombay Sapphire and GQ magazine’s “Most Imaginative Bartender in America” contest. He most recently was appointed Head Bartender, Chef’s Club / NYC.
